Doing what I can to reduce waste is something I consider everyday. One of my favorite changes I’ve made is using cloth napkins and reusable cloths in my kitchen! I bought a large package of cloth napkins tuesdaymorning and a some fancier smaller sets for special occasions 🎉🥂 We use boring beige for everyday and have a basket in the kitchen where they get tossed until I have a bunch to soak in a bit of oxicleanofficial and then into the wash! I still have a roll of paper towels for really terrible spills, but everything else gets wiped up with a cloth that is then rinsed and tossed in the basket. Last Sunday I made these Spinach muffins with whole ingredients, they’re so good and amazing for kiddos too🥰
-150gr of oat flour (just blend the normal oats a until it’s powder) ,2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1 egg, 60ml olive oil, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 100gr granulated sugar you can use coconut sugar or any other substitute, 60-70gr of spinach.
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180C
Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in one bowl and in a blender put the oil, egg, spinach, vanilla and sugar and blended very well, then put this into the flour and mix very well but not so much, fill the muffins cups and bake for about 12-15mins until they look slightly golden. Share and enjoy!😋
